Elizabeth is a master coach in Authentic Leadership, Personal Leadership Development and Systemic Team Coaching. She produces strategies and models to bring about a profound level of transformation to the lives of individuals and organisations. Her approach is powerful, practical and inspiring and the results are tangible, lasting and profound.

Elizabeth coaches senior executives from diverse organisations throughout Europe, North America, Asia, Middle East and Africa. Elizabeth is Adjunct Professor of Personal Leadership Development at Rotterdam School of Management in The Netherlands.
